Juspay Hiring compitition - Think Big with Functional Program: Stages and Timelines

Stage 1: Online Assessment

Eligible students, after registering for Juspay Hiring compitition on the D2C platform, will undergo an virtual coding challenge where they will be tested on their basic coding skills. Based on their test marks and resumes, students will be shortlisted to proceed to the next stage.


Stage 2: 2-Days Hackathon

Participants shortlisted students from stage 1 will then be taking part in a 2-Days Hackathon. Details for this round will be shared only with the shortlisted students.

Eligibility:

Juspay Think Big with Functional Programming is open to all working smart students (with 0-1 year of experience/2020 pass-outs) and engineering students pursuing their third or final year in B.Tech./ B.E. degrees (2021 and 2022 pass-outs) across batches.

Rules:

  • Compitition is open to working professionals (with 0-1 year of experience/2020 pass-outs) or engineering students pursuing their third or final year in B.Tech./ B.E. degrees (2021 and 2022 pass outs) across India batches.
  • The participating students can be from any specialization/stream. 
  • There is no limitations on the number of students from an Institute.
  • Any changes post-registration closure will not be allowed.
  • Plagiarism is strictly during the online coding compitition. If Any student  cases of plagiarism will result in immediate disqualification of the concerned students.
  • Any distraction from the above will result in immediate disqualification of the entire team.

Stages:

Round 1: Online Assessment (Coding compitition)

  • Eligible participants, after registering for the Compitition, will undergo an online coding compitition where they will be tested on their basic coding skills. Based on their test scores and resumes, students will be shortlisted to proceed to the next stage.
  • You’ll be notified via email regarding the details of the coding compitition.
  • The online assessment will be of 90 minutes to be taken in one sitting.
  • You can take the online assessment within 24 hours of opening the Coding Window. 
  • Evaluation eligibility would include, but not limited to, the test marks, time taken to complete the test, the quality of your coding, resume etc.

Round 2: 2-Days Hackathon

  • Students selected from the first round stage would then be taking part in a 2-Days long Hackathon. 

Prizes & Rewards:

  • The shortlisted students from stage 2 will be hired as Interns (Stipend 40,000 per month) for six months (if possible, can be extended to 8-12 months) and will be converted to full time job  on the basis of their performance (work performance).
  • Company offers for Full-time candidates will be INR 13-15 Lakhs per annum.
